AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 271 OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MAPLEWOOD ENTITLED “ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS” WITH RESPECT TO THE RESEARCH AND OFFICE ZONING DISTRICT
INTERPRETIVE STATEMENT:
This Ordinance will amend Article V (“Zoning Provisions”) of Chapter 271 of the Township Code to eliminate the Research and Office (“RO”) zoning district and to include the subject property in the Highway Business (“HB”) zoning district.
